本機針對E310與E355檔案夾而設計，採用全自動伺服馬達控制，尺寸精確、操作簡便、封口牢固，並採用各種精密模具並配合精密電子控制，沖孔位置精確。整捲材料經自動對邊、修邊、對折、燙金、打孔、封口、切斷、收集，軍全自動完成，可提高生產力。備有控制監視系統，運轉中有任何異常可立即發出警報並停機。本機採用新式封口即切斷，高速、穩定是最佳優點。

全自動商業夾製造機 Automatic Business File Folder Making Machine

 

本機主要生產A4、FC商業夾。商業夾是一種多層P.P.片材所製成的製品，而本機是專對製品而設計的全自動化製造機，最大特點是節省人力、物力及簡化作業流程。本機5捲P.P捲料皆有氣壓式張力控制，配合伺服馬達與電腦數值控制尺寸非常精準。從數捲的片材經EPC對邊、引取輪、打孔穿鐵片與上膠片、燙金、超音波封口、壓線、倒角、切斷等流程全自動化作業完成。放料架容易放捲料並配合EPC邊緣追蹤器使用，使成品均能一致。
