不織布口罩製造機 Non-Woven Mask Making Machine
不織布口罩本體製造機為生產不織布平面口罩之前段機器，以全自動100-140pcs/min之超高速度生產口罩本體，包括自動送料，鋁帶(鼻線)插入/截斷，摺景，包邊，超音波，熔接，切片，成品計數收集於輸送帶上。
不織布口罩耳帶熔接機係將鬆緊帶以超音波熔合於口罩本體兩側，進而完成耳帶式口罩成品。需一名操作員將口罩本體置於輸送帶治具上。
Non-Woven Mask Blank Making Machine is the front stage machine for non-woven face mask production, it is fully automatic machine to produce blank masks from feeding raw material,inserting &cutting nose wire,pleating,overedge,ultrasonic welding to piece cutting.The finished blank masks will be counted and collected on conveyer.
One worker is required to feed mask blanks manually piece by piece into machine conveying jigs, then it will weld elastic ear loop with mask blank automatically.
